About Us

Ian Parker and Paul Kelly founded Parker Kelly Financial Services in 1994. Prior to starting their own financial advice business in Liverpool City Centre, both had worked in the financial services industry for many years at companies such as Allied Dunbar and The Prudential.

Over the years, this grew into a respected and established financial advisory. In 2019, Ian passed away and in 2021 Paul as well. John and Andrew, who had already worked for the company and were fully qualified Financial Advisers, took over as Directors to continue Ian and Paul's legacy.

Parker Kelly continues to provide professional, service-driven financial solutions to businesses and individuals alike. By offering unbiased financial advice and access to all products available on the market, we are true independent financial advisors.
